上海市人才培訓(xùn)銷售市場(通稱STTM)，于2005年三月經(jīng)政府部門主管機(jī)構(gòu)準(zhǔn)許，迄今仍為中國人才培訓(xùn)銷售市場行業(yè)我國首例示范點(diǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)，致力于落實(shí)中間和國務(wù)院辦公廳《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)人才工作的決定》，促進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn)銷售市場的完善與發(fā)展趨勢。

上海市人才培訓(xùn)銷售市場，2005年三月經(jīng)政府部門主管機(jī)構(gòu)準(zhǔn)許，2012年七月一日掛牌上市，由上海交大、上海市開放大學(xué)、上海交大、及原上海市人力資源局等機(jī)構(gòu)相互項(xiàng)目投資建立。其特性是經(jīng)政府部門準(zhǔn)許的非營利性人才培訓(xùn)與繼續(xù)再教育制造行業(yè)服務(wù)平臺(tái)和社會(huì)發(fā)展服務(wù)性機(jī)構(gòu)。

RatifiedbythecompetentdepartmentofthegovernmentinMarch2004,ShanghaiTalentTrainingMarketwasestablishedonJuly1,2007,whichwasinvestedandconstructedjointlybyShanghaiJiaotongUniversity,ShanghaiOpenUniversity,ShanghaiUniversityandformerShanghaiPersonnelBureau.Withregardtoitsproperty,itisthenon-commercialtalenttrainingandcontinuingeducationplatformandthesocialpublicwelfareorganizationapprovedbythegovernment.
